On Sept. 27, 2009 Senior offensive lineman and preseason All-American Brandon Carter was suspended indefinitely by Texas Tech head coach Mike Leach. Brandon Carter was suspended for a violation of team policy.
As the world knows, Mike Leach fired days before Alamo Bowl Game.
However, Brandon Carter was reinstated to play on October 4th, 2009, after missing only a single game.
A little 411 about him. Brandon Carter was born September 10th, 1986 in Lakewood, New Jersey and is a senior offensive lineman for the Texas Tech Red Raiders college football team. Brandon Carter is known for his face At Spring Hill High School in Longview, Texas, he played nose guard and defensive tackle until his senior season, when he broke his hand, causing him to play offensive line.
In the 2008 regular season, Brandon Carter allowed only one sack> In 2009, Carter was listed at No. 15 on Rivals.com′s preseason offensive tackle power ranking.
