I am a 37 yo old mother of 2 and, I live in Florida and own 2 cats!! WHAT IDIOT’S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who in there right mind would have not ONE but TWO exoctic snakes in there home with small children. What ever happened to owning cats, dogs, birds and fish?! I am just angered that this poor baby girl is dead because of the irresponsibility of the mother. It’s just like the dumb bytch in Orlando whos beautiful 4 month old baby boy is now dead because she was too stupid to see her boyfriend was trouble and to make matters worse she didn’t show up to court for a hearing the day before for a domestic violence injunction. IT’S PARENTS LIKE YOU THAT GIVE THE GOOD ONES A BAD NAME!!! I think you ALL should be charged and convicted for neglegence of a child, because thats exactly what it is. People like this should be sterilized and never able to reproduce.

These people make me sick. I lose sleep thinking about that poor little girl. I have a five month old daughter and she is the most important thing in the world to me. I can’t imagine the kind of damaged brain that would consider having a large constrictor in the house with a baby. I’ve always had snakes (pythons and boas) but I gave them away within two weeks of learning that my wife was pregnant. They should go to prison for this. It’s neglect.
Stupid should be a felony.
I have a Ball Python, so I will not discriminate against owning a reptile as a pet, be it a snake etc… However, a MOTHER or a RESPONSIBLE pet owner would not have allowed a snake to be loose in a home, especially with small children.
I agree with the earlier comment-Parents like you…Its owners like you aswell, that give the rest of us and the pet a bad name.
I pray for the little girl, I wish she would have had the opportunity to live a full life; full of happiness.

:(( this so sad.i have 3 kids n i dont own a pet.but to have a snake in the house without a lock for the cage that sucks.i feel so sorry for the baby.she left this world in a bad way.
