Robert Schimmel, virtually an open book on his life, has an extraordinary following and has been telling it like it is for months. Making the talk circuit over the past week, his stop at the Howard Stern Show was another part of his journey.

However the response to him being on the show has changed the public perception dramatically. Robert Schimmel segment with the shock jock has brought in the ratings for the interest in his book and his wife, Melissa.

Robert Schimmel and Wife Melissa Schimmel had a domestic issue almost a year ago that was splashed all over the Internet resulting in filing for divorce. As for his cancer, Robert Schimmel looks to have divorced that as well and is now healthy and wise.
