Michael Jackson may not be biological father of kids

Michael Jackson is going home to Neverland. Michael Jackson family reportedly plans to take his body to the fantasy ranch Thursday in anticipation of a public viewing on Friday or Saturday. Details of the wake have not been set.

The 50-year-old pop star’s body is being held in an undisclosed location after two autopsies to determine the cause of Michael Jackson death Thursday.

As funeral plans were being finalized, blockbuster relevations about the King of Pop emerged Tuesday – including a report that he’s not the biological father of his kids and documents showing he was still worth millions.

Michael Jackson claimed to have a net worth of $236 million as of March 2007, according to financial records obtained by the Associated Press.

Michael Jackson had a staggering $331 million in debt, but listed $567.6 million in assets, including Neverland, his share of the music catalog that includes Beatles song rights, and an assortment of cars, antiques and memorabilia.

The glimpse into the fallen pop sensation’s bank book offers the clearest picture yet of the state of his finances, which have been the subject of intense speculation since his sudden death Thursday.

Michael Jackson fortune will be at the center of a frantic legal battle between Jackson’s family and creditors.

And the numbers are fluid since his estate stands to make millions from the sale of unreleased tracks and footage from his recent rehearsals.

It also emerged that Michael Jackson drafted a will in 2002 that cuts out his father and divides his estate among his mother, three children and charity.

The will, believed to be his last, could be submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court as soon as Thursday in an attempt to sort out the singer’s tangled finances.

On a separate legal front, the stage is set for a war over Michael Jackson’s three children.

Questions about whether Jackson fathered the children emerged a day after Debbie Rowe, presumed mother of his two eldest kids, made clear she is considering a custody bid.

Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of his three children, while Us Weekly says the father of his eldest kids is the pop sensation’s dermatologist. Micahel Jackson’s three kids were all conceived in vitro, and the sperm donor was not the late pop icon.

In another shocking twist, Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother of the two eldest children, “Prince” Michael Joseph Jr., 12 and Paris Michael Katherine, 11.

Rowe merely acted as the surrogate – and was paid handsomely for her services, multiple sources said.

Michael Jackson’s youngest child, Prince (Blanket) Michael II, 7, was carried to term by a surrogate mother who was never told the infant would be raised by the pop sensation, the Web site said.

Three days after little Prince was born at a San Diego hospital, Michael Jackson’s lawyer apparently swooped into the hospital to collect the baby and deliver him to Jackson.

Us Weekly quoted a “Jackson insider,” claiming that Dr. Arnold Klein, an L.A.-based dermatologist who was once Rowe’s boss, is the biological father of Prince Michael Joseph Jr. and Paris.

If true, the shocking revelations will further complicate the issue of who gets custody.

Although Jackson’s parents, Joseph and Katherine Jackson, filed court papers on Monday saying they believed the singer died without a valid will, one or two other earlier wills reportedly have surfaced since his death last Thursday.

“No will has been presented to family or us,” the parents’ lawyer, L. Londell McMillan, told the Wall Street Journal in an email. “We will review any will when we see it.”

It was not clear what custody arrangements were made for Jackson’s three children in the 2002 will. On Monday, a Los Angeles court granted Jackson’s mother temporary custody pending a hearing in July.

John Branca, Michael Jackson’s main attorney from 1980 to 2006, reportedly wrote the 2002 will and serves as an executor along with veteran music executive John McClain.

Michael Jackson reportedly rehired Branca the week before his death last Thursday.

Michael Jackson died amid feverish preparations for a series of 50 comeback concerts in London slated to start July 13.

Michael Jackson had just finished a clandestine video called the “Dome Project,” which includes a cemetery scene reminiscent of his 1993 “Thriller” video.

The project was in post-production and was expected to be completed next month. It was not immediately clear what would be made of the video footage now.

According to one of the people with knowledge of the secretive project, a willow-thin, pallid Jackson at one point needed assistance as he descended steps off a stage.

Concert promoter AEG Live unveiled plans to refund the $85 million worth of tickets it sold for the Michael Jackson concerts, with buyers given a choice between receiving a cash refund or a ticket as a souvenir.

A spokesman for AEG said that any unclaimed ticket proceeds would be used to cover production costs, estimated at more than $20 million. Profits beyond that would go to Michael Jackson’s estate.
