Saturday, October 17th, 2009A small earthquake has rattled parts of Ventura County.
The U.S. Geological Survey says a quake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.2 struck at 9:53 p.m. Friday. It was centered four miles east-southeast of the city of Oxnard and four miles east of Port Hueneme.
